5AM designed and developed Bio-rad’s Droplet Digital PCR platform, which allows users to design and order assays using a web application that integrates with analysis pipelines and back-office fulfillment tools.

Droplet Digital PCR Assay Designer is a responsive, easy-to-use web-interface that allows researchers to:

• Custom design application-specific assays
• View assay details and search for assays by ID
• Track their design history
• Order assays through Bio-Rad’s e-commerce system

The back-end successfully integrates with Bio-Rad’s design engine, e-commerce system, and user authentication system.
